VeWorld, the self-custodial wallet for the VeChainThor blockchain, now supports Apple Pay through integration with service provider Transak.
VeWorld crypto wallet allows users to store and manage their Vechain (VET) as well as other VechainThor (VIP180) based tokens. Users of the self-custodial wallet have access to features such as Fee authorization And integration with Ledger wallet.
“Transak’s support for Apple Pay is perfectly in line with our goal of providing the most user-friendly experience possible. This partnership is an important step towards providing greater accessibility and convenience for our users,” said Fabio Fabrocchi, Product Manager at VeWorld.
Apple Pay Adds to VeWorld’s Payment Options
Aside from expanding accessibility to VeWorld, the Transak integration helps the VeChain Foundation wallet cater to its growing community of users who prefer Apple Pay over other payment methods. VeWorld already integrates with Coinbase Pay.

With more payment options, VeWorld users can choose their preferred method to purchase cryptocurrencies, including traditional payment channels. The partnership is expected to contribute to the growth of VeChain by making it more accessible to the community, according to Start.
Apple Pay provides a global payment option and has over 640 million users. Meanwhile, Transak’s Web3 payment infrastructure currently serves over 5 million users across 160+ countries.
VeWorld users can access Transak on the iOS and Android app and via desktop browser extensions.
