Ramat Gan approves 60-floor Eurocom Tower

The plan is being developed by Canada and Israel in the Rishonim neighborhood of Ramat Gan near the Diamond Exchange.


The Ramat Gan Planning and Building Committee agreed to submit a recommendation to the District Planning and Building Committee regarding a plan to build a 60-storey Eurocom Tower for mixed residential, office and commercial use.

The plan is being developed by Canada and Israel in the Rishonim neighborhood of Ramat Gan near the Diamond Exchange on a 6.7-dunam (1,675-acre) plot of land, on which three six-storey buildings currently stand.

The 60-storey tower will be 250 meters high with 47,645 square meters of office space, 400 square meters of commercial space on the ground floor, 1,600 square meters of public space on the lower floors and a certain number of small apartments to be identified. After the appraiser's examination.

The tower is part of a project in which Hamayan Street in Ramat Gan will be covered and transformed into a 1,500 square meter green space designated for the public. The Ramat Gan municipality also plans to build a new school there for the Rishonim neighborhood.
