Who could actually work at a company like SSI, and who fits the definition of “top tech talent”? A source in the sector explains that it is first necessary to understand what the branch that will be opened in Tel Aviv will work on. “If there was a research group here, they would mainly be looking for academics who specialize in linguistic models,” he says. “There are many researchers in Israel in the relevant field. As for experience, she says, “If we’re talking about two years of experience, the salary will of course be lower.
