“My parents think I will not get a high school diploma,” says Leron Horshi. “I was always more interested in the scout, and I didn't like studying, I had problems focusing and focusing. My sister was the student who taught a lot and I was talking. But still, I succeeded. I have a picture of the graduation ceremony from high school where I wrote: My mother, I did it.”
Today, as head of international people's experience in Wiz, who has achieved the largest exit ever in the history of Israel, has added another success in her autobiography. Although the deal that was closed earlier this month, in which the company will be sold to Google for a huge amount of $ 32 billion, it is rooted in the product it offers, so that the best product cannot continue without an organizational culture that has been able to attract talents and also gives its human resources a feeling of attention.
“This organization is successful because the four founders are listening to the employees,” explains Horshi. “We are aware of everything that is happening to them, even the gifts we offer because the benefits are not the usual gifts. We had an employee whose dream was an artist, so we gave her a special lesson with her favorite painter. We really think about what every employee needs, and the employees know that we will take care of them. It is a kind of family.”
“Crazy Group”
It is impossible to ignore that the 1,800 Wiz employees will benefit about one billion dollars from the exit but Horshei is rushing to stress, “” We do not have the best Iceful fixed organic pollutants here, we do not have the best drinks here. We do not believe in wasting money, doing valuable things. Even in the last Borim party, where we brought Omar Adam – anyone can go to his party, but here Madona's songs sang. We do different things. We do not believe in the vouchers, we do not have a birthday party, but we will give you the gift that takes you to celebrate. “
Horsche notes that she also practices a culture of attention. “It was not possible for me to have taught me any school that I went through here. It is in fact, it is the crazy rolling ship.
According to informed sources on the details, this position continues towards employees even during the current period. The company's management held talks with employees after announcing the deal with Google, and stressed the importance of continuous natural work. Those familiar with the company note that the reactions and commitment they showed after announcing the deal indicate the strength of the organizational culture and confidence in the administration.

“It was not done by force”
Horsheshi grew up in Bat Yam, and her career began in human resources in the army, where she served in Shane's bet. “In fact, it was my first job, with the elderly. I was in the Human Resources Department and was subjected to crazy things. In general, the army provides a great framework and opens opportunities. Later, I moved to the technology department, then I was recruited to be a research coordinator.
After release from the army, she started working in Microsoft, where she first met Assaf Rapaport, who was one of the ADALOM founders. “Microsoft has acquired Adalom and we were their well -being. We had to help them settling in the office,” she explained. One day, shortly after she left Microsoft, she received a sudden phone call. “Assaf called me at two o'clock in the morning and said:” I have a young company and I want you to be an employee of human resources. “The first thing I told him is,” He is in the morning. He said, “Well, what do you have to do?” Laugh. “I thought I was coming to a small company with 70 employees, but in a short time, Wiz became strength. Today, the company has 1,800 employees.”
What are the routine challenges you face?
“I am working with people whose culture is different from me. For example, American employees are accustomed to barbecue parties on American Independence Day, but they do not necessarily know what is the day of the Holocaust memory, and I actually have to deal with a culture that I do not know. I often find the Americans working differently.”
However, you notice that this challenge indicates a positive change. “In the past, most giant companies, such as Microsoft, will open branches in Israel and the instructions of Israel, including in terms of luxury. Today, there are companies that grow in Israel and the branches around the world – it is amazing. Even after four years in this position, you learn something new every day.”
Is there also a failure?
“All the time. When I came to Wiz, I thought I knew everything and that I had already done so in Microsoft. But in our first conversation, Assaf told me that I was not on the right track and that they did not do that in this way. Here, if there is nothing good enough to do for family day, for example, we will not force her.
“Continue to enjoy the trip.”
In addition to the deal with Google, the company is currently building a new university campus in Tel Aviv, and Horsheshi is responsible for the project. “I did not know how to read building plans, and I did not come from this field. Assaf kept me telling me,“ Ask, you will succeed. ”Today I am already sitting with an architect and I know how to tell her about my needs and what are the required materials.
Where do you see yourself in the future?
“To be honest, I do not have dreams up to some summits, but instead of continuing to enjoy the scene along the way. I see myself working with people I love, and I am very lucky to do what I love. I would like to show that the employee's experience is much more than just drinking toasted bread on Easter, it revolves around reviving global fatigue, creating an organizational culture and continuous improvement.
“In my opinion, loyalty in professional life revolves around learning all the time, and this is what I do even after many years in this field. We live in a world where the employees are where the company is in a leader, so I strongly believe in the employee’s experience and its midst in creating an organizational culture. This is still a field that is still developing, not all organizations understand its importance.
“With amazing partners in other companies, I learn and continue to lead a positive change in this field, through cooperation and the desire to build a society that enhances a culture that puts the employee in the center.”
